Unlike traditional home inspectors, Inspector Seltzer is equipped with various high-tech tools that allow him to gather as much information as possible during the inspection. Inspector Seltzer is licensed through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the use of Unmanned Ariel Vehicles (UAV/UAS) or “drones” as they are most commonly known, in order to provide you with 21st-century services. Drones allow Mike access to roofs and other upper levels giving him an eagle-eye view of the conditions above. The use of drones gives Mike more information in order to create a highly detailed report which will assist you in your home buying/selling process.
