Mike Seltzer, owner of Inspector Seltzer, has over 18 years of experience with home systems, construction, and design. Founding Hands On construction in 2002 and later studying at Rutgers School of Engineering, Mike Seltzer has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding all facets of the home construction process. From corrective courses of action to full gut jobs to additions, Mike has the educational background and experience to guide you through your home selling and purchasing experience.  
In 2015, Mike became a licensed Home Inspector in the State of New Jersey, having trained with Inspection 21. Mike Seltzer did his apprenticeship with Paul Lanaris of Best Home inspections and then passed the National Home Inspector Examination. He is a licensed Radon Measurement Technician with the State of New Jersey certified by N.J.D.E.P.(New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Agency). Inspector Seltzer holds a certification for Mold and Indoor Air Quality from Environmental Consultants & Affiliates Network LLC. Mike has a remote pilot license from the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) in the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles/Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drones).  He is also licensed as a Commercial Pesticide Applicator by the authority of N.J.D.E.P.
